In the midst of all the sequined insanity of party planning and promo work I'm finding it more and more important to take a few moments everyday get grounded-- Get my breath in check, get my brains gathered up and my roots snuggled back in the dirt. My grounding method of choice as of late is the guided meditation. The perks? Peaceful, minor time commitment, and delightfully Free!
